why Leica Camera Delete the Promise?

Leica ever announces Permanent Fix for CCD Sensor Corrosion on M9? here's the evidences from media, and similar evidence still as following:

The following is my question for you, I hope you can prove the answer:


1. Why, most of the CCDs of more than 90% of the Leica M machines have problems within three years.

2. Why do we buy, when we sell in the world in 2014, 2015, 2016, do not know in advance that the sensor will be prone to problems? And more than 90% of the machines have problems?

3. Why do you know that when you make a profit in sales, you will not be charged for the beginning of 2017? Is there any difference between this and cheating?

5. Leica is deliberately selling a camera with a problematic CCD quality. Can it be forced to pay for expensive repairs every three years, in order to make a profit?
