the second letter to Leica CEO OLIVER KALTNER

I’m disappoint the Leica Service of Hong Kong, and more than 3 of my Leica Products and the quality problems, that’s why I fly to Germany to fix it.

But, I felt cheated, as I take my M 240 to Head Office, they found out more quality problems of the Leica M Camera, what’s more important, I ask the Leica head quarter to provide me a backup Camera for my emergency using, when I try to use it in a very important even, I found that the backup one(Leica M 240) had the quality problems too!!! I can even not open the machine, it totally doesn’t work!!!!

WHY THE LEICA HAD SO many problems and this problems never on the advertisement? Is this is the Leica Quality?

I totally want to give up the Leica Product, and feel that, Leica’s Service, and Quality is not as good as what they said. The advertisement is cheating! why so many quality problems????

Mr. OLIVER KALTNER, I hope you can give me a real answer why this happened, is this the so call Leica !!

Shame on what happened today in Leica Office!

Our agency in Hong Kong is responsible for customers from China.

If you wish to send it by yourself from China to Germany, please tell us any other address outside from China for shipment back.

The Chinese customs will make a big trouble if we will send it back to China and you run the risk not to get back your equipment again.

I’m a fans of Leica, and I’ve already bought the Leica M9, M, M-M, and M lens include: 50+0.95, 21+1.4, 35+1.4, 50+2, 75+2.8,

But I had a very bad experience when I had some problems with my cameras.

3 of my Leica M camera had some dust or dirt in my camera, and I sent it to Beijing, but I’m not satisfied their service, and they told me that I can complain in Germany, also, my M Lens 50+0.95 also had some focus problems, The Beijing office give me the same answer.

So I decide to complain these to Germany Head Office. And I hope that you can help me solve the problems.
