公开说了什么，后来对这个客户又说了什么
徕卡 M 系列 Kodak CCD 一代（M9、M9-P、M Monochrom、M-E 及特别版）出现了被广泛记录的盖玻片腐蚀 / 小光圈白点光晕。2014 年 12 月徕卡公开善意安排的文本（经 Leica Rumors、Red Dot Forum、DPReview、diglloyd 转载）是本档案衡量其后一切政策的基线：
In some cases, particularly when using the camera models Leica M9, M9-P, M Monochrom or M-E with smaller apertures (5.6-22), effects caused by corrosion of the sensor glass may be encountered. Leica offers a free replacement service for the CCD sensors of cameras affected by this problem as a goodwill arrangement. This goodwill arrangement applies regardless of the age of the camera and also covers sensors that have already been replaced in the past. Customers who have already been charged for the replacement of a sensor affected by this problem will receive a refund. 到 2017 年 8 月，免费路径实质上限于近五年内购入的新品；更旧机身客户分担约 €982。自 2018 年 12 月 1 日 再抬高。客服 Ursula Brand 于 2019-09-06 写给本客户（抄送 complaint.management），数字与公开报道吻合：
Leica has been replacing sensors free of charge for some years now and only charged part for the material cost since 01.09.2017 for affected cameras older than 5 years. We did not come by this decision lightly, but are unable to continue this service any longer. 2020 年 8 月公开口径变为：CCD 停产，缺陷传感器无法再更换，只提供以旧换新 / 升级：
The production of the CCD sensors for the Leica M9 models has been discontinued. Therefore, subsequent deliveries are no longer possible and defective sensors cannot be replaced. Until further notice, all other repairs on the M9 model generation can still be carried out. 投诉经理 Kirstin Masney 后来告诉本客户，工厂停产还更早：

2019 年 8 月服务单 1058152 估价/催单之后，投诉人提交了 2014-08-18 Monochrom 购买凭证照片。Nadine Coletta 回复：
Unfortunately, the purchase invoice and receipt provided below are not acknowledgeable. Any Leica product comes with a manufacturer’s guarantee that is valid worldwide if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. If a product was purchased via an unauthorized channel or proof of purchase from an authorized dealer cannot be verified, regular repair charges apply. Nicolas Kaufmann 已在 8 月 29 日询问是维修还是原样退回。2019 年 11 月 Coletta 要求提供欧洲地址退货（称欧洲外海关原因），否则将未修退回。投诉人要求延期，称正与香港消费者委员会沟通，且此前讨论过寄香港免税。2020-03-06 Liberty Seria 称将关单并存仓。2020 年 6 月另开关联单 1105973（收件确认 + 估价 + Cost_Estimate）。

这不是一台相机的偶发故事。2014 年起，M9 / Monochrom 机主在 DPReview、L-Camera-Forum、Reddit 贴出白晕样张。媒体估算 M9 一代产量约 18 万 台。第三方（Kolari Vision、LDP LLC）仍在更换 Schott BG 类盖玻，因为徕卡不再换。PetaPixel（2020-09）报道 LDP LLC 的检测：IR 滤镜玻璃是无镀膜的 BG/UG 玻璃——即氧化来自设计缺镀，而不是随机「镀膜损坏」。详见 其他机主 与 CCD 质量。
