The complainant’s response

The complainant regards a demand to disable this entire consumer record as an unacceptable pressure on a customer who says he has been misled and left without an adequate remedy, and believes it suppresses consumer expression. The complainant asks that any specific trademark objection be identified — the exact URLs, marks or presentation concerned, the claimed basis, and any targeted change requested, with an explanation of why removal of the whole archive was requested — and that the underlying consumer questions be answered with documents and a practical remedy.

The complainant acknowledges the company letter dated 2 October 2026 (J. Winter, CorporateCommunications), which regards the matter as closed, and disputes that the underlying issues are resolved. As of 2026-10-18 no named point-by-point written answer to the numbered questions has been received (alleged / unanswered); ticket SC00116909 (about 2026-10-14 19:25) was an automatic acknowledgement only.

Money caveat. The €1,303 + VAT figure is a cost contribution quoted in a company email; it is not proof of payment.
