2020: alleged CCD exchange stop

DE: Ab 2020 sollen Ersatz-CCDs laut öffentlichen Stopp-Hinweisen nicht mehr lieferbar gewesen sein — „cannot replace“.

This note does not invent new facts. It restates the alleged 2020 programme end already indexed on this archive’s journal, German stop landing, and promises side-by-side.

On 7 August 2020, public reporting (Leica Rumors) carried stop text that defective M9-class CCDs had been discontinued and could no longer be replaced, with upgrade-price tables toward first-generation bodies. This archive’s journal entry and the German landing CCD-Sensoraustausch eingestellt point to that public record.

Earlier the same summer, this file’s customer path shows order 1105973 (linked to 1058152) with a June 2020 receipt/estimate — months after later-stated October 2019 CCD production-stop talk. September 2020 also sits on the public PetaPixel / LDP LLC glass record (with Leica’s rebuttal also part of that record).

The open arc on the promises table remains: free “regardless of age” (2014) → timed fee / €1303+VAT → alleged “cannot replace” (2020). Allegations and unanswered questions only — not a court finding.
