The 2014 public goodwill text — free CCD replacement regardless of the age of the camera — is the measuring stick on the promises page. The official notice URL itself, in this file’s exhibits, is alleged to be unreachable (403) rather than a stable public citation.
Open questions remain: why a foundational goodwill notice would sit behind Forbidden for owners seeking the original wording, and how that sits beside later fee windows, the €1303 step, and the 2020 “cannot replace” stop — without a numbered written HQ reply.
