Public reporting and this site’s side-by-side timeline place a higher contribution from 1 December 2018: €1303 + VAT, after the 2017 five-year / ~€982 path. On 6 September 2019, Ursula Brand (Customer Care, cc complaint.management) is alleged to have restated that figure verbatim to this customer — “Starting on 01.12.2018 a contribution of €1303 + VAT applies.”
The open question remains: how does free “regardless of age” (2014) become a timed fee, then €1303+VAT, then “cannot replace” (2020)? Allegations and unanswered questions only — not a court finding.
