Why this sits on the archive

The open file already asks for twelve written answers on 2014 goodwill vs later fees / 403 / stop language (orders 1058152 / 1105973). Auto-replies and CRM ticket numbers are not point-by-point answers. Delivery-block notices are a further fact pattern on the communication path: the consumer’s outbound mail to named @leica-camera.com mailboxes is reported blocked by Gmail’s delivery subsystem.
