The 2026-09-23 Formal Demand page already says the demand was sent 2026-09-23 and that the seven-calendar-day date printed there is 2026-09-30, including a numbered reply to Q1–Q12. This dated note only records that those pages still say that. A CRM auto-ack or ticket number is not that numbered written reply.
