This note adds no new facts. It collects, in date order, the public third-party sources that this archive’s journal already cites, so a reader can follow how the publicly reported answer to a corroded M9-generation CCD changed over eleven years. Each line links to the journal entry, which links to the original source.

Why the sequence matters to this file
The complainant’s case rests on the first lines of that list: the 2014 notice said replacement was free regardless of camera age (goodwill 2014). The later lines show what owners publicly report today: no official CCD part, upgrade offers toward new cameras, and repair advice that points to independent workshops (see the 2026-09-24 update on third-party glass and the 2026-10-12 update). Forum and blog posts are owner reports, not findings, and third-party prices are as published by those sources.
The archive’s own questions follow from the same gap, in particular Q1 (how “regardless of age” became €1303 and then “cannot replace”) and Q9 (the October 2019 stop vs the June 2020 estimate); see the questions page and the timeline.
Open line as of 2026-10-23: no numbered point-by-point written reply to Q1–Q12 is on file. A company letter dated 2 October 2026 is on file; the consumer disputes its closure of the matter (2026-10-03 update). Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
