Public reporting and this site’s timeline place a higher CCD contribution from 1 December 2018: €1303 + VAT, after the alleged 2017 five-year window and ~€982 path (see DPReview / five-year journal and the prior note 2017 five-year limit). On 6 September 2019, Ursula Brand (Customer Care, cc complaint.management) is alleged to have restated that figure to this customer — “Starting on 01.12.2018 a contribution of €1303 + VAT applies” — already cited on 2026-09-18 €1303 note.
Open line as of 2026-10-01: Question 1 on /questions/ still asks how free “regardless of age” (2014 goodwill) becomes a timed fee, then €1303+VAT, then “cannot replace” (2020).
