2024 and 2025: the M9 “upgrade” list kept growing — the CCD part did not come back (alleged)

DE: Laut öffentlichen Berichten (Macfilos 2024, Red Dot Forum 2025) wurden dem M9-CCD-Upgrade immer neue Kameras hinzugefügt — ein CCD-Ersatzteil nicht. Behauptung, keine Feststellung.

This note adds no new facts. It reads two journal entries already on this archive side by side. The journal entry for 2024-01-02 records a public Macfilos report that the M9 CCD-sensor-corrosion upgrade now included the M11 family (M11-P, M11 Monochrom) and the Q3. The journal entry for 2025-10-03 records a Red Dot Forum report that M11-P Safari and Q3 43 options were added to the same programme. Both are summaries of public reports, recorded as alleged; they are not court findings.

Why it sits in this file: the structure stays the same in each report. The owner of a corroded CCD body writes it off and pays toward a new camera; the list of new cameras grows, but no CCD replacement part is offered again. The 2023 DCFever upgrade-list entry shows the earlier version of that list, and the glass-swap vs upgrade note sets out the third-party alternative some owners chose. Read against the 2014 promise of free sensor replacement regardless of age and the alleged 2020 stop, the record shows a repair promise that, as alleged, became a sales offer. The side-by-side promises page sets the dates out in one place.

Open line as of 2026-10-14: /questions/ still lists Q1–Q12 with no numbered point-by-point written reply on file. Orders 1058152 / 1105973 stay on the payment-on-file record. Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
