This note adds no new facts. Earlier updates covered auto-replies, the formal demand, and the 2 October company letter. This one puts the archive’s recorded where to write path in one table — postal address, phone, mailboxes, and what each step returned — so a reader can follow the paper trail without opening every page.

What the trail shows
As alleged, owners were pointed to a single place: Customer Care, Am Leitz-Park 5, 35578 Wetzlar, with the historical phone +49 (0)6441-2080-189 and mailboxes customer.care@leica-camera.com / complaint.management@leica-camera.com (address journal, Wetzlar Customer Care page, LFI 2014). From that path the archive already records named Customer Care letters (including the “not acknowledgeable” gate), a drafted then-sent formal demand asking for numbered answers to Q1–Q12, Gmail “Message blocked” notices to staff addresses, CRM auto-tickets, and a 2 October 2026 company letter that the consumer disputes as closing the M9 CCD file (promises vs delivery, timeline).
What the trail does not contain is a numbered, point-by-point written reply to the twelve questions. Open items remain on the questions page, in particular Q1 (2014 goodwill), Q2 (the 403 notice) and Q9 (the October 2019 stop vs later estimates).
Open line as of 2026-10-29: no numbered point-by-point written reply to Q1–Q12 is on file. A company letter dated 2 October 2026 is on file; the consumer disputes its closure of the matter (2026-10-03 update). Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
