This note adds no new facts. In mid-September 2026 the archive’s journal picked out three of the twelve numbered questions, one per day. This note reads those three entries next to the evidence already on file. Each question is still open on the questions page.
Q1 · 2014 “regardless of age” vs later fees and the stop
The journal entry for 2026-09-14 asks how “regardless of age” becomes €1303 and then “cannot replace” for customers who relied on the 2014 text. The steps it refers to are set out in earlier dated notes: the 2014 goodwill described as free CCD replacement regardless of age; the 2017 report of a five-year window and a €982 contribution; the 2018 step to €1303 + VAT; and the alleged 2020 stop. The €1,303 + VAT figure is a cost contribution quoted in a company email. It is not by itself proof of payment.
Q2 · Why 403 on the official CCD notice?
The journal entry for 2026-09-15 says that a product-safety notice which disappears behind “Forbidden” is itself an exhibit. The captures are EX01 and EX02, recorded in the 2019-09-11 journal entry and the 2026-09-22 update. Question 12 on the same list asks whether the 2014–2020 notices will be restored as readable pages.
Q9 · October 2019 stop vs a June 2020 estimate
The journal entry for 2026-09-17 asks: if parts were already gone in October 2019, what was the June 2020 cost estimate for? The June 2022 exchange on file states that CCD production was discontinued in October 2019. The successor order 1105973 nevertheless has a June 2020 confirmation of receipt (EX11) and estimate (EX10), as set out in the 2026-10-09 update.
For fairness, a company letter dated 2 October 2026 is on file; it did not answer point by point, and the consumer disputes its closure of the matter and has asked for itemised accounting (2026-10-03 update). Ticket numbers and automatic replies are not counted as answers (2026-10-19 update).
Open line as of 2026-10-21: /questions/ still lists Q1–Q12 with no numbered point-by-point written reply on file. Orders 1058152 / 1105973 stay on the payment-on-file record. Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
