How the 2014 purchase proof was described on 4 September 2019: manufacturer guarantee only if an authorised dealer can be verified, otherwise claims go to the seller. The receipts stay published.

In June 2022 the Complaint Manager wrote that CCD production stopped in October 2019 and would not be restarted; the leica-camera.cn service page says the CCD cannot be replaced.
