This note adds no new facts. It sets the two dates named in Q9 (the last CCD-fit date at Wetzlar, as later summarised for October 2019, and the June 2020 estimate for order 1105973) side by side, using pages already on this archive. For the short word list see the glossary; for the sequence see the timeline.
1. What Q9 asks
On the twelve-questions page, Q9 asks for the last CCD-fit date at Wetzlar, read against the June 2020 estimate issued under order 1105973. The question does not invent a new fact; it asks which date governs this file once a Complaint Manager later dated the production stop to October 2019. As of this date Q9 is still listed as open.

2. The stop date later stated for October 2019
In a June 2022 message summarised on this archive, Wetzlar’s Complaint Manager declined to reopen the 2019 M9 sensor case, wrote that CCD production was discontinued in October 2019 and that repair was not possible, and offered upgrades only. That October 2019 date is the stop line Q9 asks to be reconciled with later papers.

3. The June 2020 estimate on the same file
Three and a half months after the March 2020 close of order 1058152, the archive holds a 24 June 2020 confirmation of receipt (EX11) and a 25 June 2020 estimate (EX10) under successor order 1105973. The mail thread title links that new number back to 1058152. On the stop account above, those June 2020 papers sit after the stated end of CCD production.

4. Why the two dates do not sit easily together
If October 2019 was the last CCD-fit window, the complainant asks what the June 2020 estimate was offering and why it was issued. If a fit was still possible in June 2020, the complainant asks what “discontinued in October 2019” meant for this file. Q8 asks the related close-vs-successor question; Q9 asks specifically for the last fit date.

5. Where this sits on the price and remedy ladder
The archive’s price-ladder and remedies notes already place “cannot replace,” upgrade lists and third-party glass after the stated stop. Q9 does not re-argue those amounts; it asks for one dated sentence: the last day a CCD could still be fitted at Wetzlar for this class of body.

6. What a short answer to Q9 would look like
One dated sentence would do: the last CCD-fit date at Wetzlar, and whether the June 2020 estimate for order 1105973 was issued after that date. The record compiled here holds auto-acknowledgements and ticket numbers, plus a company letter dated 2 October 2026 that the consumer disputes as a closure; none of these is a numbered reply to Q9.
Auto-replies ≠ answers · 2026-10-03 update · Q1–Q12 unanswered
Open line as of 2026-11-06: no numbered point-by-point written reply to Q1–Q12 is on file. A company letter dated 2 October 2026 is on file; the consumer disputes its closure of the matter (2026-10-03 update). Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
