This note adds no new facts. It reads the five remedies named in Q10 (Leica glass, reimbursement of third-party repair, a trade-in, a refund, or a reasoned no) against pages already on this archive. For the short word list see the glossary; for the sequence see the timeline.
1. What Q10 asks
On the twelve-questions page, Q10 lists the remedies the complainant would accept: Leica glass, reimbursement of third-party repair, this file’s trade-in, a refund, or a reasoned no. The question does not ask for goodwill beyond the 2014 public wording; it asks for one named answer. As of this date that question is still listed as open.

2. Option 1: Leica glass
The archive’s 2020 stop record compiles the public Leica Rumors text that the CCD was discontinued and could not be replaced, and the 2026 note on the official Chinese service page records the same “cannot be replaced” wording. If that wording still stands, the first remedy would need Wetzlar to say whether any official sensor or cover-glass route remains.

3. Option 2: reimburse third-party repair
After the official stop, owners reported taking bodies to independent cover-glass shops: Kolari Vision at about $999 with Schott BG39/BG61 glass, and Hamburg, Warsaw and China workshops discussed in a December 2024 German forum thread. Q10 asks whether Leica would reimburse that route rather than leave owners to fund it.

4. Option 3: trade-in / upgrade
The upgrade programme recorded on this archive moved from the M10 class in 2020 to the M11 family, Q3 and later options, and a 2025 Red Dot Forum record lists film M6, MP and M-A bodies. Q10 asks what this file’s trade-in would cost the complainant, in writing, next to the 2014 “regardless of age” wording.

5. Option 4: refund
Orders 1058152 and 1105973 are on file with estimates, the €1303 + VAT cost line quoted on 6 September 2019 and the Europe-only return. That figure is a quoted contribution, not proof of payment. Q10 asks whether a refund of what was actually paid on this file is available, and on what basis it would be refused.

6. Option 5: a reasoned no
The last option is a written refusal with reasons. The record compiled here holds auto-acknowledgements and ticket numbers, plus a company letter dated 2 October 2026 that the consumer disputes as a closure; none of these is a numbered reply to Q10. A reasoned no would at least close the question on paper.

7. Why the price ladder matters to Q10
The 2026-10-28 table sets the same choice in money terms: free in 2014, about €982 in 2017, €1303 + VAT from December 2018, “cannot replace” from 2020, then upgrade prices or third-party glass at about $1,000. Each remedy in Q10 maps onto one rung of that ladder.

8. Q11 beside Q10: replacements that corroded again
Q11 asks why some official replacements corroded again. A 2025 L-Camera-Forum owner report on this archive says a Wetzlar-replaced sensor corroded again and was then sent to Kolari. That account is why Q10 lists third-party reimbursement as a remedy and not only another Leica swap.

Open line as of 2026-11-03: no numbered point-by-point written reply to Q1–Q12 is on file. A company letter dated 2 October 2026 is on file; the consumer disputes its closure of the matter (2026-10-03 update). Allegations and unanswered questions only, not a court finding.
